Tasting Notes:
This wine was now 14 years old and it was showing slightly past its prime - probably by 2-3 years. It exhibited dark chocolate and cedar, as well as burnt toast. The blackberry fruit still showed but was fading. Still had the trademark pepper and spice that you would expect.
