Tasting Notes:
Sensational wine. It needs to be decanted for about 3 hours but after that just drank superbly. Dark ruby color and deep concentration of the type that you normally only see in the higher end Australian wines. It has all the subtlety of the top growth French wines as well as their strength. 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a finesse while having a velvet punch. Cedar and blackfruit dominate. Made by Yves and Stephanie Vatelot.
