Mount Eden Vinyards Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 1998 Tasting Notes

This is a wonderful wine that is 75% Cabernet, 23 percent Merlot and 3 percent Cab Franc. The color is ruby; the nose is deep and smoky. Tastes in this wine are cinnamon, chocolate, and spice. We had this with a pork loin, and I would say it was a little big for it, but excellent.
