Tasting Notes:
This is a wonderful Pinot Noir, crafted by winemaker Helen Turley. It is balanced, fruit forward and full-bodied. Notes of blueberry, ripe pineapple and fig. On the mid palate, there is butterscotch, chocolate, black pepper and tobacco. the finish is dominated by cola. Color is medium. Goes great with Beef Stroganoff or any chicken dish that has a heavy sauce, veal, etc.
