Flat

From LoveToKnow Wine

First, there is flabby and then, there is flat. For sparkling wine and Champagne, flat simply means the wines have lost their bubbles or effervescence. For all other wines, the term is used to describe a wine that is boring and dull, lacking in flavor and aroma characteristics.
