Evil cab is about $12 and really good. So is Leese Fitch cab, and Cellar No. 8

Emily, I agree with the Penfolds, I love their wine. Though sometimes, when you drink it often, they begin to have the same flavor nuances. Penfolds does make a solid, relatively inexpensive bottle of wine though.
