Acacia Vinyards Chardonnay Carneros 2004 Tasting Notes
This is a wonder "go-to" wine for under $20. It's plentiful and available - and dependable. Plenty of good old-fashioned butter and oak. The accents are apricot, lemon custard, and ginger. This wine goes well with all of the classic Chardonnay pairings, including recipes that use butter, cream or cheese.
